95 integra surging

Hi, I have a 95 integra vtec that started surging at idle really bad and the rpms are high in all gears. i looked under the throttlebody and noticed a hose disconnected from the pcv valve. i stuck the hose back on and that fixed the problem but then it started whistling when reving down. I then noticed the other hose coming from the pcv valve that goes to the back of the head somewhere was kinked. someone had put the wrong hose on. after a few days the surging came back worse. The hoses are all still connected. Im going to replace both hoses and the pcv valve in the next couple days, but is there anything else i should check while im at it?

Keep checking the vacuum lines for leaks, breaks, etc. You are on the right track.
