2002 Marquis Headlights
When ignition is on, headlights come on even though the headlight switch is in the off position. Lights will go off after ignition is hut off.
How do I troubleshoot the problem? Is it a straight-forward part replacement?

Are you shure you don't have the autolamp feature?
Check to see if you have 2 small levers behind the knob, If yes to turn the lights to non auto push the levers to the top!
