My '01 Explorer Sport keeps losing clutch pressure. I have to put new fluid in it every morning. I cant get the tranmission in gear when I lose pressure. It really sucks being first in line at a busy red light with a bunch of cars behind me . What do I need to do?

Sounds like the slave cylinder is leaking/going bad.

Will I need to drop transmission out or is it something outside the transmission that is easy to get to?

No you will need to drop it to change it. You should be able to see it through a hole in the bell housing to see if it is wet/or leaking at all. But in order to change it you will need to drop the transmission. If it's 4x4 it will take a bit to drop it as you have to seperate the transfer case to make life easier for yourself.
