1991 Questions for all other cars 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 49 000 miles

hi,
i own a yugo 45, 900cc engine. it's based on old italian fiat 127. so here is the question. i tried to clean the car underneath so i put some bricks under tires but the car fell off from bricks and bent the oil sump slightly.there is no oil leak all is fine but i want to ask is there any other potential risk of it. here's the picture of the oil sump.thanks.
