1997 All Other Makes Repair Question

97 bonneville courtesy lights won't turn off
I have a 97 Bonneville SE with the courtesy lights
on a 25 second timer that is not turning off for
10 minutes as if a door was left open. I have replaced
the headlight switch, body control module (MALL)
and the drivers door latch w/all the integrated switches attached. So far I have spent $150. in
parts and the problem is still the same. What can
I do next? I also took off the passenger door panel
and checked the pass. front door- the switch is fine.
Any professional help would be appreciated at this
point. Thank You
