Went to replace rear brake pads and rotors and I couldn't get the rotors off. It was acting like the brakes were still locked. Couldn't turn the rotors by hand. I have one caliper destroyed in the center. Checked both brakes and still couldn't do anything. Removed the washers that help hold the rotor on also. Is there a secret to getting the rotors off?
