2000 All Other Makes Repair Question

2000 F350 fuse location
My air condition clutch burnt up then my ABS light came on, cruise control stop working, blinkers not working. Owner's manual says the location of the fuse is at 24, but there is no fuse at 24. Is there a fuse link?
