1991 All Other Makes Repair Question

1991 crown victoria has low idle when in drive
91 crown vic has low idle in drive.
I found a vacuum leak and repaired it. Still the same condition.
Scanned system. It came out good, code 111.
It does have a gross exhaust leak at the muffler.
At the gage cluster fuel mileage monitor a code keeps popping up. Two letters "CO". Carbon canister?
Anyway I think possibly MAF maybe going bad. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
