6000 NO POWER TO FUEL PUMP
1987 All Other Makes
2.5 engine,( new in July 2005 - 68,000Km on it now), checked all wiring from starter & alternator area and fuses - all ok. fuel pump not getting any power at plug jack at gas tank. Thus throttle body is not receiving gas flow to start the engine. Spark is great at the 2 coils and sparkplugs -all other power throughout car works...could this be a problem with the ECM? or does this have any bearing on the fuel pump receiving power? Car was running fine til we washed the engine...then it no longer started. Thanks for any input e-mail at email@example.com
