2000 Alfa Romeo 156 starting
Engine Mechanical problem
2000 Alfa Romeo 156 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 90000 miles
My alfa starts on a push or tow every time...1st time. It will crank over and nearly bite but then drains the battery. something is not letting it start but i just dont know what. i had a new crank/camshaft and lambda sensor fitted but to no avail. could the fuel cut off switch have affected this when i severlely hit a speed bump? but wouldn't this mean it just would start even on a tow? i'm nearly all out of ideas and its so frustrating as it drives like a dream when its going, bar some flat spots at low revs (possibly the MAF). going to try a new fuel pump relay and reset the fuel cut off switch today as i am clutching at straws! Any ideas guys?
