S green stains on the floor of my garage

1996 Alfa Romeo 155 s 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 235000 miles
Hello,
When I check the floor of my garage underneath my car, I could see a drop of liquid. Tiny drops. Later I wiped off this drop. Then checked after 2 hours. There is a another green drop. When I open the bonnet, I checked the location of that drop to be somewhere near the engine lock below the oil filter. Could it be that the radiator piping is leaking or something else?

You will require a cooling system pressure test as this will locate any external coolant leaks,
