1993 Acura Vigor steering wheel problem

1993 Acura Vigor 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 190000 miles
power steering is perfectly fine, but its everything else on the steering wheel...(horn, cruise control and airbag) do not work. the SRS light is on also. please help!
by the way... its a 5 cyl...
