Electrical problem
2002 Acura TL 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 30 miles

hello, my running lights have quit working since i took out the front right head lamp out with a horse lol...but i have checked all the fuses and the number 5 slot where the fuse is suppost to be doesn't have a anything there but an emty slot, um and i also checked the circute deals idk like the big fuses but it has killed the power both inside and out side i haven't replaced the head lamp yet due to fincal issues but i would just like my running lights to work, i dont know where the grounds are or anything of the sort i really need help this...its the only car that has ever confused me this much
