Computer problem
2001 Acura RSX 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 65,000 miles

I can not open my door locks with my key fob any more. First the driver door wouldn't work but the passenger and hatch back lock would un-lock. Now none do. I can operate the locks from the inside with the lever in the doors.

When I click the unlock button on the fob I hear the mechanism engage and I see the lock knob move up a little, but not enough to be un-locked.

Is this a:
- bad actuator?
- stuck mechanism?
- low fob battery
- blown fuse?

HELP!
