my 99 acura rl power steering fluid is constantly flowing or making a bubbling noise whenever the car is started. When ever I rev the engine it seems to flow even harder and you could even hear it from inside the car. Any ideas? Or is this what it should do.
p.S. Now my cruise isnt working. Lites up but doesnt stay. All this was working perfectly fine untill I took my car in to get a new waterpump. After the techs got done with it. All these minor problems are occuring at once. Also speedometer is messed up.

Hi mowdidi,

Gurgling noise from the power steering reservoir is most probably due to low fluid level. If it foams out of the reservoir, the pump inlet hose, ie the hose from reservoir to pump is leaking or the pump is bad.

If the noise is vibration type, as if high pressure is going through a small venturi, then the power steering pressure hose is faulty.

The cruise control not working could be due to a detached vacumn hose or cable for the cruise diaphragm pump.

Ok thanks for the response. Ill definetly check the cruise control out. But the fluid for the power steering isnt low. Its actually at max. It seems more like one of the hoses is actually blowing into it. Making it seem to bubble or flow quickly.

Hi mowdidi,

Seems the power steering pump is faulty or the fluid intake is leaking resulting in air being succked into the system.

Check the hose joints and the O rings under the joints for leakage.
