1996 Acura RL 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 155,00 miles

I lost the programmed keys to this car and got the access code to start the car with blank key but having trouble getting this 5 digit code programmed to start the car to be able to drive it to the dealer to get the new key programmed. Please help with this temporary fix to reprogram the immobilizer unit and get the car started.
