Hello,
If I run my car non stop (highway or long stretches, ac works fine. If I start to go in stop and go traffic, the ac shuts off, including the blower and ac control lights (I dont' have climate control) and the ABS light turns on. The Idle will dip and recover and car keeps running fine except the ac no longer works (the car doesn't always do this though). After awhile, even if I don't turn the car off, the ABS light will turn off and the ac control unit light goes back on. I can turn the ac on again and it works fine. I thought it might be related to overload on the electrical and have turned everything off except ac, and it still does the same thing, although, at times I'll have the stereo, lights, turn signals going with ac on and it keeps working fine. Can't find any exact pattern that makes the problem occur. Really confused here.

Hi raycden,

Thank you for the donation.

Problem is most likely due to a power supply interruption and the fuse that is common for the ABS and AC control panel is fuse # 3 in underdash fuse box. Check the fuse for looseness or bad contacts.
