Engine problem
1993 Acura Legend Engine Size unknown Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 142 miles

I got a head gasket job done in my car because my care was onver heating. Than he had to put in a censor for the intake and a censor for the rediator. But it's still going up to the H.

Did they surface the heads and have them pressure tested for cracks? Replace the thermostat? Do the cooling fans come on? Has the radiator been flow checked to be sure it isnt restrictive?

See I did't ask him did he put a thermostat on there because before my car went into the shop I had someone who was going to put the thermostat on there until they notice the bloated head gasket and other repairs so I wonder did he put the theromstat back on there.

Need to find out. Does it overheat quickly? If it does, then the t-stat is probably the culprit
