After sitting for 3min. It will start and ride until sit a red light then looses power to the pedal, will stay on but not move pedal revs engine but will not move the car.

Symptom indicates a possible fault with the transmission.

Is the D4 light blinking?
Did you check the transmission fluid level and condition?
