1998 Acura Integra, 4cyl, 125000. Miles. While driving in a heavy rain storm. I am having some problems. When I started my car the falling morning the check engine light was on, the speed odemeter, turn signals are not working. The transmission was not shifting out of 2nd, but now is fine. We have checked all fuses and cant seem to find a problem with them. Help!
