1996 Acura Integra Front Wheel Drive Manual

I hear loud squeaking while driving but the noise goes away when I press on the brakes. The noise is even louder when I reverse. It seems like the brakes seem that they aren't releasing because it seems like it's dragging when in third.

Hi sqawluby,

You need to get the brakes checked.

Either the calipers are binding or the brake pad wear indicator is brushing against the rotor, indicating they are due for replacement.
