1996 Acura Integra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i replaced the head and the engine was turning over fine but would not start now it cranks over extremly slow.I replaced the starter and its doing the same thing

Did you make sure the number one piston is on its compression stroke/TDC and cam/s and crank aligned with the markings and rotor pointing to the number one cap tower?

Are you get the spark and correct fuel pressure with injection pulses occurring?
