1995 Acura Integra whistleing noise

When I am driveing and let off the gas I can hear a whistleing noise coming from under the hood. When I poped the hood and revved the egine it sounded like it was coming from the intake, but I can tell

Try carefully spraying carb cleaner around the intake area while it is idling. If the idle changes, you have sprayed a leak. Might be the PCV valve or the line to it, possibly even an intake gasket, does it run smooth even though it whistles?
