Where is the brake fluid reservoir in a 1995 acura integra? is it ok to add brake fluid without bleeding the system or anything?

Circled. And, yes. It is OK to add without bleeding. If you are low on fluid and it is not leaking, I would check the brake pads. They are probably thin, and need replacing soon.
