1994 Acura Integra bearings knocking? Block Knocking?

I'm not sure if it's the bearings or something else but when I start the car and press on the gas the block knocks really loud. I'm not sure what or where it's coming from? Somebody please help! And how can I fix it?

Hi mengo_her,

If the knocking noise increases in level and intensity with throttle pressure, then most probably the con rod bearings are worn but without understanding the type of noise, this is just a possibility.
