i just bought this car, I have checked all the fluids, needs water alot. But it only starts when it feels like it, and sometimes it will not give me the key back.

The ignition key issue is most likely a worn out key or tumbler assembly.

If the vehicle doesn't start, you'lll have to figure out why. Does it crank or not? If it cranks, test for fuel and spark first.
