Fuel issues

Engine Mechanical problem
1990 Acura Integra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 40000 miles

i have a 90 integra with a 98 ls b18b in it my fuel pressure holds steady and then out of no where the fuel pressure gage surges and then slowly drops then car turns off i turn the key off and back on and it goes back to proper pressure. change the fuel pump fuel relay fuel filter next thing i can think is bad gas would that cause that

my fuel pressure holds steady and then out of no where the fuel pressure gage surges and then slowly drops then car turns off. When it does this immediately check for spark then comeback and I'll get into it deeper-

i fixed the promblem it was the fuel pump it was good enough to prime and run for the most part but once it heated up it would cut in and out so if anyone has some what of the same problem that could be it

replace the fuel pressure regulator
