1997 Acura CL Front Wheel Drive Automatic 140k miles

Hello,

I need to replace the O2 sensor but I can't seem to locate it on my 1997 acura 3.0CL. Please tell me where I should be looking, and if there are more than 1 sensor on this car. Thank you.

Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S), Primary
Below rear of engine, forward of TWC converter.

Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S), Secondary
On underside of vehicle, rear of TWC converter
