My Grandmother was driving the Ford Focus and she got into a major accident. Thank goodness no one was hurt but she caused over $10,000 worth of damage to the Ford. She is insured to drive that car so the repairs were covered. The shop did a pretty good job. It took over 3 weeks. However, it is not 100% the same as it was before. Some of the trim inside the car doesn't line up correctly. It looks like one panel was painted a slightly darker color. Now is this just normal that in such a large repair it wont be 100% perfect or do I have issues that I should bring up with the repair shop?
