Went to work one day, everything worked fine, when I got off worked, I noticed that the brake light on the dash was on, the AC was blowing hot, the electric locks, intermittent wipers, the alarms for leaving lights on, leaving keys in ignition, and seatbelt disconnected, were not working, I live in East Texas with the temp yesterday of 104, I need AC, but cant figure out what the problem is, its like something came unpluged.

Check the fuses and circuit breakers. One could be blown.

Did you test them with a DVOM?
You would need to start with test for power supply to those components that are not wortking.
