AC in my daughters car worked fine until she pulled up in front of the house 2 nights ago. She gets in the car yesterday morning and the ac could not blow air.
The compressor comes on as it should, the readings on the ac control read perfectly, yet the ac fails to blow.
What possibly could be the problem that prevents the blower from blowing?
I read a response by your saturntech9 to a problem I just fixed on my vehicle recently. The answer was exactly what I undertook to fix my problem.

Check the ground wire to the blower. Those are notorious for vibrating off. If that's not it, check the fuses and relays for the system.

I have checked the fuses and relays and they all seem to be good, the grounding to the blower still connected. In the absence of these check, what else should I check?

If you're sure the fuses and relays are all good, now you get to play detective and find out where the current stops and why. Is it an automatic or manual AC system?

It is automatic with climate control. I forgot to mention earlier, the fan work properly. In this scenario, it's only the blower that does not operate.

Ok, so no air comes out of the vents whatsoever? I have attached the schematics for the A/C system in your car. You will need to use a meter or test light to see where current is being stopped.

By "fan" I presume you mean the one at the radiator?
