I drove my car all day yesterday and it was fine when I parked it. But later that evening I went to go fire it up, and all I got was one click from the starter. I tried it again and still nothing. The things I did so far are, checked the starter ( it tested fine), tested the battery ( tested bad, got a new one), still nothing. I checked to see if the motor was seized and its not, it turns fine. I checked my grounds, connections, fuses. Everything is good. Im at a loss.

Problem solved. Apparently the neons are very touchy with the connections. I cleaned the posts and re connected them and it fired up. Lesson learned, so before going out and buying different things, just remember that it might be the connections.. Simple as that..

Please elaborate on "I tried it again and still nothing". What does "nothing" mean?

What connections did you repair?
