My sister bought this car and it had "I tore it out" a security system with no key alarm. It looked to be fully in tact. The alarm system is a python 1500 esp. I took the alarm system out 1, because she did't use it "It did not work" 2, because I thought it could be why the car had no spark. I changed the distributor to a new one 200$ new spark plugs, new spark plug wires. and still no spark. I tested the voltage at the coil 12v+ no problem there but still no spark? if the coil has power could it be the brain? or would it be the wires from the alarm system? I don't know were to go from here. thanks for any advice Rick.

First thing you need to check is if the timing belt is intact. Remove the distributor cap and crank the engine, does the rotor turn?

Was engine able to start prior to removing the security system?

The distributor is self contained. Did you check if the replacement distributor is good?

The distributor is new, just bought it for 200$ at the parts store. I tried to check the crank sensor "I don't know if I tested it right? I used a voltage meter and I got nothing from the sensor. I use mili volt and ohms there was no signal. How can I be sure its the sensor?

The sensors are inside the distributor. You should have around 470 to 700 ohms.
