2012 XR6 turbo GF MXII Ute rear wheel diff damage

Hello, I am looking at purchasing the above vehicle but I noticed the rear wheel diff has been replaced and there is damage to the undercarriage (like its been dragged on its ass) and Tyre marks high up on the inner hubs. Also noted the steering is tight on the right side and the power steering pressure hose has a minor oil leak. As I am female and know little about cars I was wondering if this could indicate the rear diff was ripped off and is so what would be the likely damage to vehicle?

No sure what is going on here, it may have had over size wheels and tyres fitted causing the inner guard problems, the other damage is unknown with out seeing it, the power steering leak is fairly common, I would get a mechanic to have a good look at the rear end just to make sure nothing is amiss.
