2012 Volkswagen TDI Repair Question

VW Tiguan compass calibration - it is about 90 degrees out driving north, compass shows E.
I have gone through the calibration procedure as per manual and tried every zone, 1 through 14. No change.

as this is a new car, this should be a warranty issue, contact the dealer for there advice on this problem,
