Volkswagen Polo Problem
I am due to have a service on my car soon and I do not want to be paying over the odds for the work being done.
What level of service should I be looking at for the mileage I have done, and what does this entail?

You need to refer to the owner's manual for specifics. At 20K, there isn't much to do.
