Check Engine Light

I have a Toyota Hilux 2011, 4x4 2700cc with 4cylinder VVT-i.
When I put the switch on, I have check engine light normally, and when I check the Input and Output for my ECU, both of them is correct and health.
But when I put the switch Start, my engine can not be On and Run.
The Starter and Crankshaft and all of Sensor and Socket and is OK and Correct.
Where is the problem? And what is the problem?

Are you saying the car won't start? Isn't this car under warranty?

No I say I have start. But after that my engine is not gonna be On!
Every socket and sensor are checked by IT2 and are correct and health.
The fuse box no any problem and everything is ok 100%!
Where and what the problem?
I dont want to use warranty, I want to resolve problem with myself
