It is a tucson 35i , the wheel does not lock up after i take the key out.
The wheel does not luck up after I take the key out.

inside the steering column, there is a pin that raises and locks the wheel when it is put in the lock position.
a 2011 and 30k is still under the 3 36k warranty. this should be a free repair to you.
