2011 Hyundai Accent Repair Question

Cosmetic Repair? Where? How much?
A few months ago I fell asleep at the wheel and hit a tree, luckily it was just cosmetic damage (right side of my front bumper) and I just ignored it, but now I want to go get it fixed. I was wondering if I can take it to any mechanic or if I have to take it to a Hyundai dealership. And if both do it, which would be cheaper?

Cheaper to keep away from dealers, but you may have to get a quote from a panel shop, not a mechanic, but you can try both.
