Recently the volume of the horn on my car has become so low that I can hardly hear it. I know other drivers definitely can't hear it. Is there something under the hood I can maybe tweak? Or in the steering wheel itself? I'm unfamiliar with repairing things on my own but I'd really like to do this without spending any money, so any input would be greatly appreciated! Also, this is a less severe issue, but my passenger side blinker recently started blinking at a very very fast speed while the drivers side is the normal. Again, is there something I can do myself to fix this or should I bring it to be repaired? Thank you so much!
