Chevrolet Silverado Battery Problem
My truck developed a problem while sitting in the driveway - the parking lights and cab/roof markers decided to turn on, and will not shut off.

sounds like a bcm failure.
try removing a battery cable and installing it to see if re booting the bcm helps.
