Battery goes flat overnight?

2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid I am able to jump the car and get it running. I can drive to different locations, turn the car off and restart it when done. However, when I leave it overnight it won't start the next day without a jump.

Seems the battery is not retaining charge and failing. This test will confirm the issue.
