I have a 2010 Mercury Mariner and just recently the blower controls have stopped working on numbers 1, 2 and 3, but it continues to work on high number 4. Both the heat and the air do the same. I have checked fuses per the owners manual and they seem to be fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated before I head to the dealer. Thank-you.

Check for power at the blower resistor or just get one and replace it red arrow in pic points to it.

Also if it'snot that then you can take to any garage to get it scanned to see what else is wrong but it's probably resistor unless this is automatic temp control

Hmac300 is correct here. I just wanted to add one point. If you are testing the signals coming into the resister for the various speeds, it's a ground signal that you are looking for. The resister is on the ground side of the circuit.
