2010 Mazda 5 powersteering warning light

Replaced battery and blew in line fuse at positive terminal (realized mistake) bought new terminal/ replaced. Now power steering warning light is on and steering is stiff is there a reset procedure

Did you hook the battery up backwards the first time? I think so. But either way you have sent a voltage spike to the EHPAS module(electro hydraulic power assist steering) and fried it. It will require replacement and a program. The part and the programming must be obtained from the mazda dealer.

Not hooked up backward but it did spark when positive hooked up

Ok, sorry. Yeah sometimes that's all it takes to create a voltage spike, I see it quite often. Please let us know how it turns out and thank you for choosing two car pros.
