I have a potentiel car purchase and it is a 2010 Hyundai genesis coupe 2.0t and from research I've learned that turbo chargers tend to die around 100k miles and when I went to go buy the vehicle, I noticed a little smoke coming from the exuast and it happened to be the turbo charger. The dealership replaced the turbo charger and I was don't know what is the best decision. Should I stay away from it or is it ok to buy?

Ya it should be ok to buy if the turbo was replaced, just use synthetic oil so it will last longer and let the car idle for a minute before shutting it off so turbo can come down in rpm
