My car was also a 2010 Elantra. I don't know what the process is where you are (the United States?), But in Canada CAMPVAP is the closest thing to a lemon law. I brought my car in a total of 7 times and kept a very detailed log of every phone call, appointment, and incident I had concerning ice and water on the inside of my car. I also had taken about 150 pictures. I filed my claim with camvap, and presented my case to an arbitrator while a man from Hyundai presented their case as well (he didn't really have one). And I won a buy-back.

I had given Hyundai numerous attempts to find the problem and fix it. All they ever tried to do was cover up the problem, which still didn't work. I recommend pursuing something further before your time runs out. It shouldn't be your problem that they don't know what the issue is. It's a new car and the current problems you have are only going to contribute to worse problems later.
