Have it scanned for codes and checked for vacuum leaks.

Even sounds vacuum brake booster related? Check 1 way valve?

NO engine light was on but had diagnostics ran on the car and came up with cylinder 3 misfiring. Spark was eliminated so it is either air or fuel at this point.
