My car pulls to the right pretty hard whether i step on the brake or not. I took it to the deal who rotated the tires front to back and told be that it was the tire. After my tires were rotated it stopped. I had a new tire put on and the tires rotated back to the front. It pulls even harder now that the new tire is on. The tires only have about 3000 mile on them, all four. Any ideas?
