No start

I open the door by pushing the button, but when I turn the key there is nothing no dashboard lights no power the car makes no noise what can this be the battery is full and fuses are ok please help :)

Do you have a volt/ohm meter? Have you tried a jump?

Yes I have tryed with jump leads also had my partner to messure the volt/ohm any other ideas whar may have caused this

What was BATT voltage? Must be 12.45 or higher. Use meter and start checking from Batt to fuses, starter

Ok thank you for all your help it was the r1 that was broken we replaced it and now it is working great thank you once again :)
