2009 Nissan Stagea Repair Question

A/tlight blinks.
My 2009 Nissan Stagea is sluggish. Needs Atleast 2000 rpms to get moving. If going up a hill forget about it. A/T light comes on when I first start the car like it normally should then it blinks 16 times. What do I need to do?
